It's 2:43 p.m. servers are still down Banks cannot help

It's almost 3:00 p.m. I live in gate City Virginia. I have been trying to access money since this morning. I have a work deposit coming in today and it was returned back to my employer saying they are have technical difficulties. Now I do not have money in my account as well as my paycheck has been returned to my employer. When I call the bank they say the servers are down to call the 1-800 regions. I called them and they tell me it could take up to 12 hours at least to get back online. What the crap regions I plan on switching banks. Who else is having issues?
