Deposit was returned to employer

Since the server is down my deposit returned to my employer making it so I have no access to any funds in my account. When I contacted the 1-800 regions because a local bank cannot help you when the servers are down they tell me that it should be up anytime within the next 12 hours. That does not help me I do not have access to any money.
