App says “unable to login” for the last few days.

Have not been able to access my online mobile banking app to login to my account. This is a very common issue and I'm getting very frustrated at how often this occurs. Considering changing banks if this doesnt get resolved because its been an issue for the last 9 years that I've banked with regions.
