access to site is being blocked by their firewall. spoke with someone at tech support & they are adding our company IP address to their 'safe list' . Still 24 hrs and no access. Have to walk to the bank & use their computer to do my online banking.
Solution seems to be to call the bank & have them add your IP address so you can access.
