Called PNC and they said that there was high traffic volumes which were impacting access. Based on the problem going on for more than 2 hours not really buying it. Or, PNC needs to invest in more capacity.

Site still not responding/won't load - day 3. I tried to call customer service last night, first was told it was working fine, then was transferred to web/internet banking and on hold for more than 15 min, I gave up and hung up.
