Wont load on computer in Explorer, Firefox, OR Chrome. Did every step they said to do, and NOTHING!!!

Wont load whatsoever and even Pinterest Engineers wont fix the problem. Had my computer looked at thinking it was my computer since i had done everything they said to do, and NOTHING! My computer is fine... it's on their end,
