Cannot see any of my pinterest boards/pins

I have tried all of the Pinterest recommendations and nothing has helped. Haven't been on in a week because of it. When I looked closer at one of my emails where something was pinned by someone else, I found a place that says "Do not display images on Pinterest" or something similar to this. Anyway, I tried to click on it and change it and it would not let me.
