504 Gateway Timeout

I first tried logging in with my twitter account but it gave me this message "Whoop! Sorry! We've had to block pins from this area because of suspicious activity. Please try again later.".

When I tried again after 24 hours, it took me to a "504 Gateway Timeout" page. I've tested this out with 2 different computers (mbp/imac) and it takes me to the same page. No idea why.
