Nothing will load on either phone or laptop

On laptop I'm just getting a white page with Patelco logo and letters down below that read "online banking", nothing else.

On phone it shows Snapshot page with pulsating grey areas. Balances came up for a second after waiting several minutes then disappeared and a message appeared saying unavailable, try again later
