Unable to Log in? You've been banned.

OKCupid is notorious for banning people for no reason, I know this because I've been banned three times. It's a terribly run website, the customer service will not reply to emails and you will not get your money back if you paid for their services. If you paid and were banned I suggest contacting the BBB and complaining, it's your only option. Any other option would be to reset your IP, create an account from a different PC in your house (as all pc's have their own IP when using a router), can even try and create one on your cell phone, or wait for your IP to reset on its own. Sometimes this is in 24 hours, sometimes it can take up to a full year. Because you were banned, your old profile and pictures no longer exist. The website is fine. Want proof? Fact of the matter is, you got banned for whatever reason and there's nothing in your power you can do, remake an account, reset or obtain a new IP, or live without OKCupid.
