"Technical difficulties"

  I have yet to find ONE person who EVER received ANY help, or even a human response, from okc !  I am having the same issues ( cannot sign in ). Would it really be that much trouble for such a large company to post a paragraph explaining what was wrong, when it might be corrected, etc.. They clearly have NO interest in their clients ! Oh well, I suppose you get what what you pay for................   : (
