okcupid now uses https since june 2014 update, thus able to block many logins even when NOT DOWN

okcupid now uses https since june 2014 update, thus able to block many logins even when NOT DOWN.

this has allowed unmonitered blacklisting of members by volunteer okc admins/mods.

they can now track your IP and wifi device ID, to keep you from logging in.

NOTE: okcupid is NEVER DOWN if you can see any of their login webpages.

if okcupid were REALLY DOWN, you would get NO WEBPAGE WHATSOEVER.

while my profile is "live" (supposedly fixed; I keep on getting liked even now) I have been barred from login, barred from resetting my pw, and even seeing anyone elses PUBLIC profile, never mind my own (kept set for members only))

frustrated okc does not want to respond to my help msgs even though they did in the last few days (they also employ freelance tech members to work as super admins/admins)
