Cant log in

I have been trying to log in to the site for 3 days. I have used several different computers (at home and work), ipad, and smartphone and have recevied different error messages, from my account not found, to internal error, to the site is having technical difficulties. I have sent about 5 messages via the feedback link to the site, but to no avail. I also tried to create a new profile using a different username and email address and could not do that as well. So, I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it.
