Can't access

Not if this will help .. don't understand it says "like server having issues it's not you"...  what flipping does actually mean. Its been down 5 days.  Frustrating cause there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it since according internet it appears it's not down. Sending to tech help even more frustrating cause I'm sure I won't hear back. It shouldnt be this hard. ;Yes I'm a bit sarcastic.. frustrated.
