I have been trying to pay my auto loan on line for over a week. It is still not working so I will be paying the payment via billmatricks. I have a late fee now. I do not feel I should have to pay a late fee due to the system error or webservice.
Should I be concerned about my personal information being hacked?

It's January 2017, and apparently this is an ongoing problem. I have been trying to pay for 3 weeks, and they want me to pay through the third party for an extra fee as well. Unfortunately, the third party site is not working either and keeps saying it doesn't except every payment method...that the site says it accepts
