Won't play

I'm trying to watch anything on Netflix and it refuses to load. Ongoing problem for past few days. Much longer and I'm canceling my subscription and going to redbox streaming because seriously. There's nothing to watch on TV and I can't even get the service I PAY to work!!!! Utterly redic.
