Wont Load Movies

After yesturda (October 24th @ 11PMish) Service wide outage, Netflix hasn't laoded any movies for me here in Toronto Canada. When I select various different films, it gets stuck on trying to load the movie, never making it to the red buffering screen. I haven't been able to watch anything for over 24 hours now.
