Since the last major update (not sure of the exact date, but a few weeks ago from the date of this post) whenusing our PS3 to watch Netflix we experience visual distortion. Often times in fades in and out, as in the programwill lok clear and sharp for a fewminutes or so, then it will distort into bluriness, then either fade back to clear and sharp or remain that way from then on. Some programs just are bluirred from beginning to end. But ALL programs and movies we're trying to watch via PS3 are sustaining that.
We called Netflix and they suggested doing a couple things from online to "fix" the problem, but to date nothing's worked.
* Also since they programmed the individual accounts modification back in early August and changed the "Instant Queue" to "My List" the shows and movies I once had in a certain order are now routinely jumbled, never staying in the order I try to put them in.
** One last Item about the former "Instant Queue", now "My List" is that often when I remove a show/movie the whole list will disappear and we have to "Quit" Netflix, then restart it to get the show/movies in "My List" to show up again.
Anyone experiencing ANY or all of these anomalies? And if so have you been able to resolve them and how? Thanks.
