Try this-it fixed my loading problem

for 4 days nothing would load past 20%. I tried all the fixes that netflix told me to- uninstalling and reinstalling silverlight, connecting my modem directly to my computer, etc.  You know what fixed the problem??  I updated my Adobe Flashplayer.  Now everything's fine.
