Streaming slow, freezing, and voice-picture disconnect

For the last week every time I watch a show or a movie on my laptop Netflix will freeze, go slow, and make TV watching unbearable. I keep having to pause and refresh the page. And my internet speed has been great and all other sites work fine, so I think it's coming from Netflix.
