Streaming not working.

When attempting to stream, the page either freezes, won't load past 4%, or says there is a log in error. I have logged in/out about a dozen times, restarted my router twice, and restarted my computer twice. Nothing has helped. My internet cinnection is fine and I have no problems with any other website.
