Not loading program

When I try to play a program, Netflix attempts to load for two minutes then an error message displays instructing me to contact Netflix at their website. When I try the website, the page won't load. Weirder still, I Googled "Netflix not working" & the first two links wouldn't load either. Facebook, MSN Weather, and my e-mail account all loaded just fine. Crazy.
