Not Loading on Tv or Pc

I have a lap top and though I can see netflix none of what I want to see either shows or movies are slow and the voice doesn't go with the picture. And in my TV I can see it through a 3D Blueray DVD and it froce on the red screen that says Netflix . All other programs like Pandora and Vull work but not my Netflix whats going on.
