The netflix app on my tv wont load properly. It mainly just comes up with a screen and gray box saying it cannot be connected. Other times the screen will just go black and do nothing. I followed all of the steps reccommended to try to resolve the problem. I reset my router and modem and my internet works fine with other apps on my tv.
