netflix iphone app won't connect

I have an iphone 4S. When I use the netflix app to watch movies, it just spins and spins. I've tried restarting the device and deleting and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I can access the internet just fine with everything else. I've had this problem with the Netflix app for 2 days now.
