Freezes and wont load Netflix

Every time that I try to sign on to Netflix, it takes a really long time to load, then I choose my profile, the screen freezes. When I can get the page to load, I either get a menu on the left side of the screen, or the movie boxes load, but no pictures load. I am unable to navigate horizontally through the movies. I can scroll down, or go to the next page. I picked a couple of movies for my que, and it took a long time and several page refreshes before they appeared in my list. PLEASE FIX YOUR SITE!! It would be nice to have a separate site just to browse for DVDs and another site to watch instantly, then link them.... Just a thought
