Can't connect to netflix on playstation or computer

playstation says, "unable to connect to netflix. please try again or visit: www.netflix.com/help." I tried again, same thing. So, I decided to try on my computer, and the screen will not load. white page. nothing on it. I restarted my router and both of my devices...still will not load. I think it's dead Jim.
