cannot download titles on Smart TV

I have 2 Samsung Samrt TVs. One TV will download netflix fine today plus play perfectly. The other TV will freeze on screen and not download titles except half way. Cannot play and the screen states internet is not connected when I know it very well is all over the house. Also, says , "model block sometimes".
