Unable to login

Website will not allow login. Sits at waiting for nationalgrid.com then eventually says bad report. I've tried different browsers and even 3 different computers. Unlike what facebook messanger suggested, the problem is with your site. And no, "just wait for it to respond" is not an acceptable response to the problem.
