cannot log on to pay my bill
cant connect to website to pay my bill 3rd time this has happened to me,office is closed my payment will be considered late after 11 /16/2013 today ! will try to log in later today hope it works dont want to pay any late fees because your website wont let me pay my payment please email me as to what the problem is thank you
