The website isn't functioning, and neither is the phone line. I have no idea what's going on, and there's absolutely no explanation. This company is truly lacking in professionalism.

Their parent company Fidelity had a massive security breech last wednesday.  Website, email, phones everything is down.  they said there is a 15 day grace period if you are paying a mortgage that is due the 1st and any late fees would be waived

I work in real estate and have internal contacts at Natiions Lending who use Loan Care to service their mortgages.  Specifically I spoke with LeRoinette Hunt 440-527-6859 at Nations Lending

Beyond that, I have a mortgage being service by loan care hence why I am here.  I can attest the 15 day grace period is a real thing as I have my auto-draft scheduled for the 14th every month
