I've stopped all pmts as I believe they're about to go under. If absolutely nothing else this will get their attention. I won't blow the $ but I will make them aware that if they're the 4th largest loan servicing company in America - they'd best upgrade all systems to reflect that & have independent phone systems that aren't tied to their ever failing website.
Hell I reached someeone in the Insurance Claims dept & even she couldn't reach anyone in the company taht employs her. How pathetic is that?
