Got email, new site, entered new banking info then gave me an error message when submitting payment: still don’t trust it!!! So frustrating!!!!

I can log in but got an error message when made my payment. I have called customer service 10 times and it hangs up on me after saying "If you are receiving this during business hours we are sorry for the inconvenience."
