Tried calling several numbers to check on payments. none are working.

I have moved to SC as of August last year (2019) but still have an open M&T credit card. Online banking has not worked for a month and none of the phone numbers there are working. I have no way of checking my balance and am considering paying off. I have tried calling 800-742-2440, 866-279-0888 and also 800-790-9130. None of these numbers are going through.
