MSN Chrome works fine, but regular MSN is completely messed up

MSN page is not working. It keeps defaulting to a page with text and boxes. Have tried all the tricks of the trade but to no avail I have Kaspersky so I don't have any viruses and haven't changed anything on my computer prior to having problems. Very, very annoying.
