Memolink site has been completely down for several weeks now & now receive a message to the effect that the URL is not valid when trying to access the site. I've left phone messages for Adperio (owner corporation) and no one is returning my calls. So I can only speculate at this time that they've gone belly-up and have stolen the uncashed shopping commissions earned by their members. Sounds like a class action lawsuits against Adperio, the current owner corporation of Memolink.com. the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection would also likely be interested in monies earned by consumers stolen by Memolink/Adperio.
