There was no ABUSE on this email, I was recently defrauded and was dicussing the legal complications of what someone was doing. Please UNLOCK this account AS PROMISED.

I cannot access my email account, I keep getting this error message about abuse to lycos. To my knowlege there has been no abuse and no one trying to hack into my email. I have had this email for YEARS since back when LYCOS was MAILCITY.
