Lycos down again - does not resolve DNS

This happened last week too.  Lycos is down and their DNS TTL is 5 mins for 1 domain, 15 mins for another.

Last week there was no report or apology.  I logged a ticket and was told it was an issue in their datacenter.  I got no more information than that.

I pressed them on whether it was caused by an external source and if there was a risk of a data breach and they said no.
