Keeps telling me login failed and when I go to home site says site cant be reached

i'm getting the same get the login screen enter details but just get login failed error, no reason why benn like this for 5 days now

Dear sirs,
This is to inform you that i am not able to open Lycos mail brijeshshah@lycosmail.com telling login fail as not able to check mail. Please do the needful and try to open mail as given to everyone when i give email Id and password telling login fail.please try to short out the problem and do the needful.
