Not working correclty

The site is not displaying the experience portion of profiles consistently

for the past 6 hours, everytime i try to log in, on my iphone app as well as my laptop, the first message that pops up says: Oops! Thanks for your patience while we get it fixed, looks like something was unplugged. then, if i tap on my profile in the menu section, the next message pops up says: unknown error, please try again. another message i saw said: forbidden 403.

please help. i don't know if it is my account only or a problem with your site.
