Keeps saying unavailable

So yeah ive been trying trying to get in to this app and everytime in do is says unavailable like did they do this because they stopped making phones??? Or what like ive read alot about the issues with them lately dont dint get me wrong i love my phone I've always bought LG phones but i think they should actually communicate with theor customers but they dont so Idk
