you site won't load up and it won't let me purchase anything on line

This has been going on for over 3 months.  when you do to Kohls.com it comes up but when you try to go to a certain item to buy it .. it comes up ppmpsearch-header-tmpl  I think you are losing a lot of customers who can't make puchases
