Won’t let me place my order

I have tried multiple times to place my order with my debit card and each time it says "We're unable to process your credit card at this time. Please contact us at 800-564-5740 so that we can process your order." I went to the bank and got a new card and tried again, still wouldn't let me so I called the number above and it's still not letting me place my order?
