Will not let me log into account

Says my password is wrong, emails me a temporary password, but a get a BLANK WHITE SCREEN when entering temporary password and cannot get new password set up!  This has happened numerous times in the past two weeks, so I just now searched to see if anyone else is having problems. This is utterly ridiculous, and no one to call to get a resolution!
