Will not complete orders. I tired two credit cards and paypal

I have never seen such a bad website. I've been trying to order a duvet for three days and their cs hangs up and their page will not accept the orders.  I used PayPal - didn't work. I used Amex and Visa - didn't work. What the blazes??? I thought they wanted to make money!!!
