Seems site has crashed

While shopping on the website, I had great difficulty getting items into my cart this morning. At checkout time, things were even slower. After entering my method of payment, my Kohls card, the entire site seemed to crash. 5 hours later, and I still am unable to get into the website. At this point I have no idea if my purchase processed or not. I am not a happy person at the moment.
