Cannot login to account at all

First wouldn't let me log in with my user name for an hour. Had to change my password only to he locked it. This happens everytime I try to use their website. For this reason, I have to pay my bill in store because the website never let's me log in. This isn't me, I order and pay all my bills online. This is the only website I have an issue with everytime
