Down for days bulls!*t

Going on three days of this bulls!*t no information to the customers on to what happen or even that it wasn't working no information of how long it will be unable to be used I went to the actual branch yesterday to do some banking since I couldn't do anything online like I normally do and I mentioned it and the teller just kind of laughed and said yeah it's been off now almost a couple of days an left it at that no information no nothing unbelievable
