Still receiving e-mails through mobile, but any laptops or desktops cannot connect to Hosted Exchange. No phone support available for status updates.

Be luck you have phone email...here..no phone email, no cloud email, no laptop/computer email, no OCS, no support exists.
All down here as well- no email on any device and phone to their support ends with fast busy. This is not good. No failover, even on the phones?? Even our small company has failover to cells when phones go down!
