Phones don't work, chat not working ETC.......
All down since 11.35 London (UK) time. Unable to get hold of anybody. All phone numbers seem to be down.
tried calling USA they are down as well so this is quite unusual as never known this to happen....... most unusual must have major issues

Turning off the phones like that is not cool. It makes you think they are out of business. We depend on email and went with them because they were a large outfit. Mistake...
